Fresh and spring like down here in the Cotswolds, wonderful racing with a fantastic atmosphere, so much shared passion and enthusiasm – brilliant stuff.
Better be Definite
One runner at Hexham tomorrow where the ground could end up very testing if the forecast proves right. It is Better be Definite in the 17.00, taking a bit of a chance running him so quickly after pulling up at Newcastle last week, hoping that he was simply caught out by the pace of the race. He didn’t go far that day and seems fresh and well so with limited opportunities coming up we thought worth giving it a go. We didn’t think he liked this ground but he has now run very well twice on deep ground at Ayr so hopefully be fine – Dom rides and 7 run.

More later but in summary a good two days at Ayr with our 9 runners producing two winners, two seconds, two thirds, a fourth and two disappointments. The winners as ever were very special.
