A marvelous day’s racing at Perth yesterday, good to see really competitive racing there again after some rather lacklustre fare through the summer.

Sometimes the best bit is the anticipation!

Sadly our horses failed to get involved at the business end of their races, Rossini’s Dancer losing a lot of ground when proving reluctant to head out for a second circuit and ending up a strong finishing 5th,  Makhzoon finding the 2m trip on the sharp side – despite that Lucy was happy enough with both of them who seemed well and reasonably fit.

Great racing again today for the final fixture of the year but not sure we’ll be troubling the judge with The Paddy Premium at 5.35, he seems very well but this looks competitive… Lucy also rides Leroy Parker in the 5.05 and Amilliontimes in the 6.05.
