Much milder today but chance of snow showers tomorrow night so must be turning colder.  We are heading to Musselburgh tomorrow with runners in each of the first three races, ground likely to be on the easy side of good.  We start with Bracing in the 12.35, 15 run and Blair rides – a course and distance winner in February she shaped well on her comeback a month ago so she shouldn’t be far away if she has luck in running.

Then Jane’s Fantasy runs in the 1.10, 11 run and Lucy rides – this good looking mare has plenty of talent but she must learn to relax and breathe in her races – she has schooled well so I am hoping the hurdles and first time hood may help in this regard and the focus tomorrow will be entirely on trying to teach her to do this and thereby see her race out.

Finally we run Celestino in the 1.45, Lucy rides and 7 run, as a 4yo running in a chase he receives a handy 8lb allowance – he should strip fitter for his stable debut at Carlisle but I have a suspicion he may need another run before he is spot on.  Lucy also rides Rocklim in the 2.20.
