A wet week so far but bright and sunny this afternoon, tomorrow we head to Carlisle where the ground is good to soft.  Although keen to get going again Lucy will give it a couple more days and hopefully be back at Aintree on Saturday.

Jet Master

Jet Master at Carlisle last week, sadly brought down at the first.

We run Jet Master in the 2.10, 7 run, Brian Hughes rides – he is badly off at the weights with a couple of these but will hopefully benefit from the experience; Northern Acres goes in the 3.55, 10 run and Henry Brooke rides, he seems well, going, track and distance should all suit but he will need to still be well handicapped to be in the mix, hopefully he is.  Bertie Milan goes in the 5.00, 8 run, Brian Harding rides, this trip is really the minimum for him and any more overnight rain would help, then we run two in the 14 runner bumper – Landecker under Brian Harding and Marlee Massie with Henry Brooke, both should come on for the experience.  Back at the ranch its been a busy week so far, started riding the point-to-pointers and plenty of work for all on the AW and the grass.

Landecker, stable debut tomorrow, 3rd in an Irish p2p in the Spring.
